Recipes for thanksgiving?

im help cookin 4 turkey day anybody got any good recipesRecipes for thanksgiving?
Dressing:

Cook a cake pan of cornbread. (I use just the Jiffy Mix). As the cornbread cooks, dice up 1/4 of a yellow onion and a few stalks of celery. Fry the onion and celery together in a skillet. When they are done, drain and set aside. Let it cool and then crumble up the cornbread into a bowl. Pour in 1-2 cans of chicken broth and the cooked vegetables. Stir in 1 1/2 tsp. of sage, depending on your taste preference. You can also cut up some piece of your turkey and stir some of it into the dressing mix. Once it is all stirred together well, pour into a cake pan and cook for 45 minutes at 350 degrees.

It is really simple and everyone always compliments me on my dressing.Recipes for thanksgiving?
